We collect data solely through the contact form, in order to respond to your enquiry.

3. How long do we keep your data?

Data collected in the course of correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any further communication. After that it may be archived to defend against potential legal claims, until the limitation period expires.

4. Who may receive your data?

Your data may be passed only to entities supporting us in running the website and handling correspondence, such as our hosting provider (storing data on the server) and our contact form service provider, which relays your message to our email address.

As the controller is established in the United Arab Emirates, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry.

5. What rights do you have?

You have the right to:

  • Access your data.
  • Rectify (correct) your data.
  • Erase your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict processing of your data.
  • Object to processing (on grounds relating to your particular situation).
  • Data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office — PUODO) if you believe we process your data unlawfully.
